During checkout shipping charges are applied, if you have any doubts about shipping charges clarify it before check out.
All shipping charges are determined based on shipping zones, weight and the courier providers. You can verify with us before checkout.
At present we deliver all over India, In case of non-availability of ordered products at certain conditions to specific zones, it will be informed from our side. In return, your money will be refunded or we give an alternative solution for the issue
We process your order only after receiving the payment from your side, Once an order placed after payment it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days
There is no cash on delivery option available for any products at shineherbs.in. Shipping charges may vary from one zone to another and there is no free shipping for any products.
In the case of bulk orders, it takes more time for delivery than the regular time of delivery
To avoid unnecessary issues on shipping, provide accurate information such as shipping name, address, pin code, contact no for delivery and check twice before checkout

Cancellation policy:
Once the order was processed, especially out for delivery it should not be cancelled and you can’t claim for refunds. In case of exchange after delivery check exchange policy
You can cancel the order within 2 to 3 hours with valid reasons such as address changes , any quantity or product variations. It will processed from our side based on your request. If there is any delay from your side, orders will be processed based on the information provided by you
In case of duplicate orders or multiple payments, you can cancel the duplicate orders by contacting us immediately within 2 to 3 hours. You can also claim for refund for the duplicate order or multiple payment placed. Check Refund policy and contact us
